Select the item that you would like to purchase and click on “Add to Cart.” This will add the item to your cart and store it until the time of purchase. You may add or remove items from your cart at any time before checkout. Simply click on “Empty Cart” to remove items or “Continue Shopping” to add items. Note: Avoid clicking the “Back” button on your browser to ensure accurate calculation of cart items.

Free shipping will be given to all orders over $50.00. If your order’s subtotal is greater than $50.00 before your member coupon is applied, make sure to manually select the “Free Shipping” option from the Shipping dropdown menu. Otherwise, your shipment will incur standard shipping charges.

Log in to your MuscleDog.com account to find the Fetch This! Store coupon code located on the top of your profile page. On the shopping cart page, type this code into the coupon code field and click on apply coupon before clicking on checkout.

To proceed, select the “Checkout” button and follow the steps to complete your shipping and billing information.

You will then receive an order confirmation to the email address that you provided.

All payments are made through PayPal. All Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are acceptable with PayPal. No cash, checks or money orders are accepted. To ensure your privacy, your credit card number is not exposed to the seller upon purchasing items.

If your item is in stock and is received before 12 PM EST, your order will ship out within 48 hours via United States Postal Service. If your item is not in stock, you will receive the order within 14 business days from the order date.

Note: All orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will not be shipped until the consecutive Tuesday. All orders received during weekends or holidays will be processed on the business day following the weekend or holiday and shipped out within 48 hours after that processing date.
